Job Summary
A company is looking for an LMS Administrator - Commercial Training (SuccessFactors).
Key Responsibilities
- Administer the Global Learning Management System by creating and maintaining training items and managing enrollments
- Provide stakeholder support for learning administration requests and assist with new learning initiatives
- Ensure compliance with governance and documentation standards while participating in continuous improvement efforts
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- 2-4 years of related LMS or application support experience may substitute for a degree
- Hands-on experience with SAP SuccessFactors LMS; familiarity with Plateau LMS components preferred
- Experience troubleshooting common LMS issues related to user access and assignments
- Familiarity with regulated environments and GxP expectations for learning records is a plus
