Job Summary

To support the organization's learning initiatives, the full-time remote LMS Administrator will lead the implementation and administration of Workday Learn, manage user engagement, and analyze learning data to drive continuous improvement in training effectiveness.

Key responsibilities:
  • Administer and maintain Workday Learn, including system configuration and user management
  • Develop and analyze LMS reports to track training completion and effectiveness, providing actionable insights
  • Design engaging eLearning content using adult learning principles and modern authoring tools
Required qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in instructional design, education, technology, or a related field
  • 3+ years of hands-on LMS administration experience, preferably with Workday Learn
  • Experience in supporting LMS implementation and system configuration
  • Ability to build and analyze reports and translate data into actionable insights
  • Experience designing eLearning using instructional design methodologies and tools
