Job Summary
To support a growing team, the full-time remote LMS Administrator will manage project management tools and the Learning Management System, conduct training sessions, develop training materials, and collaborate with stakeholders to enhance training effectiveness.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage compliance and audit readiness by maintaining training logs and generating reports for the L&D team
- Develop and facilitate comprehensive training programs for onboarding and employee development
- Analyze training needs and measure training effectiveness to align with operational key performance indicators (KPIs)
Required Qualifications:
- 2+ years of experience in Administration, Project Management, or Program Management
- Advanced skills in Canva and Google Workspace applications
- Experience with enterprise-level platforms, particularly LMS tools like Litmos
- Knowledge of Learning Theory and Adult Learning Principles is a plus
- Ability to present effectively to diverse audiences, including leadership
