Job Summary

Managing and optimizing learning management systems remotely, the contract LMS Administrator will ensure backend operations, system integrations, and support enterprise learning initiatives within a professional services environment.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain the stability, configuration, governance, and ongoing optimization of the LMS environment
• Act as the technical steward of the LMS, ensuring performance reliability, data accuracy, and integration stability
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support system enhancements and documentation

Required qualifications

• 4+ years of experience administering an enterprise LMS
• Strong understanding of backend configuration, system security, metadata, and automation workflows
• Experience supporting integrations between LMS and downstream systems
• Familiarity with automation tools, AI applications, or digital enablement initiatives
