Key Responsibilities

Administer and optimize SuccessFactors Learning, including configuration and user support
Design and implement automated workflows using ServiceNow and Power Automate
Develop AI-enabled tools to enhance content creation and learner engagement

Required Qualifications

3+ years of experience with LMS administration, preferably SuccessFactors Learning
