Job Summary

A company is looking for a Process Automation & Learning Technology Solutions Consultant.

Key Responsibilities
  • Administer and optimize SuccessFactors Learning, including configuration and user support
  • Design and implement automated workflows using ServiceNow and Power Automate
  • Develop AI-enabled tools to enhance content creation and learner engagement
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field
  • 3+ years of experience with LMS administration, preferably SuccessFactors Learning
  • Experience with process automation tools like ServiceNow or Power Automate
  • Hands-on experience building workflows and supporting enterprise systems
  • Experience supporting technology-driven learning initiatives
