Job Summary

To modernize and optimize enterprise learning systems, the remote contract LMS Administrator (AI & Automation) will manage SuccessFactors Learning administration, design automated workflows, and develop AI-driven tools to enhance learning delivery and user experience.

Key responsibilities
  • Administer and optimize SuccessFactors Learning, including configuration, reporting, and user support
  • Design and implement automated workflows using ServiceNow, Power Automate, and Smartsheet
  • Develop AI-enabled tools to support content creation and operational efficiency while ensuring compliance with accessibility and security standards
Required qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, or a related field
  • 3+ years of experience with LMS administration, preferably SuccessFactors Learning
  • Experience with process automation tools such as ServiceNow or Power Automate
  • Hands-on experience building workflows and supporting enterprise systems
  • Experience supporting or delivering technology-driven learning initiatives
