Job Summary

A company is looking for an LMS Admin & Learning Specialist to manage its Learning Management System and coordinate training programs.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage day-to-day operations of the LMS, including configuration, data integration, and troubleshooting
  • Coordinate the scheduling and execution of learning sessions and programs in partnership with the L&D team
  • Provide technical support and training for LMS users and maintain all related SOPs and instructions
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree in a related field
  • Minimum of 3 years of LMS management experience, preferably with Absorb or similar platforms
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in training coordination, managing multiple programs
  • Expert proficiency in MS Office 365
  • Demonstrated ability to engage with end-users and stakeholders professionally
