Job Summary
A company is looking for an LMS Admin & Learning Specialist to manage its Learning Management System and coordinate training programs.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day operations of the LMS, including configuration, data integration, and troubleshooting
- Coordinate the scheduling and execution of learning sessions and programs in partnership with the L&D team
- Provide technical support and training for LMS users and maintain all related SOPs and instructions
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in a related field
- Minimum of 3 years of LMS management experience, preferably with Absorb or similar platforms
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in training coordination, managing multiple programs
- Expert proficiency in MS Office 365
- Demonstrated ability to engage with end-users and stakeholders professionally
