LMS Analyst
Job Summary
Managing and optimizing the Learning Management System (LMS), the full-time remote LMS Analyst will ensure seamless learning experiences by administering system configurations, troubleshooting technical issues, and analyzing usage data to drive improvements.
Key responsibilities:
- Administer and configure the LMS, including user roles, permissions, and course assignments
- Monitor system performance, troubleshoot technical issues, and coordinate with IT and vendors for updates
- Analyze LMS usage data to identify trends and recommend improvements for learning effectiveness
Required qualifications:
- 5 years of experience managing and supporting LMS platforms
- Professional experience with Cornerstone LMS
- High School Diploma
- Experience with SCORM, xAPI, and LMS-SIS integrations
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft 365, particularly Excel
