Job Summary
A company is looking for a LMS Implementation Project Manager I.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage LMS implementations and upgrades for new and existing customers
- Configure customer setups to meet their business needs and ensure timely project milestone completion
- Collaborate with internal teams and maintain thorough documentation throughout the implementation process
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree (BA/BS) preferred
- 3+ years of experience in customer service, project management, or a related field
- Experience in a customer-facing support or implementation role
- Interest in technology and ability to quickly learn new software platforms
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel; experience with CRM and project management tools is a plus
