Job Summary

A company is looking for a LMS Implementation Project Manager I.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage LMS implementations and upgrades for new and existing customers
  • Configure customer setups to meet their business needs and ensure timely project milestone completion
  • Collaborate with internal teams and maintain thorough documentation throughout the implementation process
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree (BA/BS) preferred
  • 3+ years of experience in customer service, project management, or a related field
  • Experience in a customer-facing support or implementation role
  • Interest in technology and ability to quickly learn new software platforms
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel; experience with CRM and project management tools is a plus
