Job Summary

Leading the deployment of programs and processes for the Learning Management System (LMS), the full-time LMS Manager will oversee LMS configuration, compliance training, and data analytics while serving as the primary liaison for stakeholders across the organization.

Key responsibilities
  • Direct daily operations of the LMS team and manage LMS partner performance and development
  • Act as the main point of contact for property, regional, and corporate partners to address stakeholder needs
  • Manage compliance training, configuration, troubleshooting, and reporting for the LMS platform
Required qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Education, Business, or a related field
  • At least two years of relevant experience in Learning Management Systems or HR Applications/HR Information Systems
