LMS Program Manager

Job Summary

Leading the strategy and optimization of technology solutions, the full-time remote LMS Program Manager will serve as the primary liaison between business stakeholders and product teams, focusing on enhancing learning platform experiences and driving technology initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as the subject matter expert for learning technology platforms, including Adobe Learning Manager (ALM) and related tools
• Gather, document, and validate business requirements while translating them into actionable documentation for Product and Engineering teams
• Manage project plans, identify risks, and ensure successful on-time delivery of technology initiatives

Required Qualifications

• 3-10+ years of experience in Information Technology, Learning Technologies, Program Management, or a related field
• Proficiency with Adobe Learning Manager (ALM) or other Learning Management Systems (LMS)
• Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple initiatives
• Experience gathering and translating business requirements into technical solutions
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment
