  • Maintain accurate training records and data integrity
  • Build dashboards and analyze trends to support decisions
  • Serve as primary LMS administrator for the Hub
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, HR, Education, or related field
  • 3+ years in Training & Development, data analysis, or LMS operations
  • Strong data skills; proficiency with Excel, SQL, Power Platform
  • Hands-on LMS experience; Cornerstone OnDemand preferred
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking skills
