Job Summary
A company is looking for an LMS Support Specialist.
Key Responsibilities
- Own and manage the global help and support model for the Commercial LMS, including service-level expectations and issue resolution
- Lead daily LMS support operations, including ticket management and monitoring service KPIs
- Design self-service resources and capture user feedback to enhance the LMS user experience and adoption
Required Qualifications
- 3 years of experience in learning technology, LMS administration, or global platform support
- Proven experience leading help desk or service operations in a global organization
- Hands-on experience with enterprise LMS platforms
- Strong operational leadership skills for process design and service governance
- Experience working with external vendors and managing platform escalations
