Job Summary

A company is looking for an LMS Support Specialist.

Key Responsibilities
  • Own and manage the global help and support model for the Commercial LMS, including service-level expectations and issue resolution
  • Lead daily LMS support operations, including ticket management and monitoring service KPIs
  • Design self-service resources and capture user feedback to enhance the LMS user experience and adoption
Required Qualifications
  • 3 years of experience in learning technology, LMS administration, or global platform support
  • Proven experience leading help desk or service operations in a global organization
  • Hands-on experience with enterprise LMS platforms
  • Strong operational leadership skills for process design and service governance
  • Experience working with external vendors and managing platform escalations
