LMS Trainer

Job Summary

A company is looking for a LMS Trainer to join their Learning & Development department.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver instructor-led and virtual training sessions using the organization's Learning Management System (LMS)
• Develop, update, and maintain engaging training materials including job aids, guides, videos, and assessments
• Configure and manage LMS courses, users, and reporting to ensure smooth operation and tracking

Required Qualifications

• At least 2 years of experience in training, LMS administration, or instructional support
• Hands-on experience with an LMS platform such as Cornerstone, SuccessFactors, Moodle, Docebo, or similar
• Comfortable working independently within a small team environment
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and collaboration tools like Teams and Zoom
