LMSW Quality Assurance Specialist

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Social Worker Quality Assurance.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct routine audits of social work team interactions with members
• Coach and develop social workers to ensure high-quality care and assist with training
• Create individualized training plans based on audit findings and evaluate training effectiveness

Required Qualifications and Education

• Master's in Social Work (MSW) required; LMSW license required, LCSW preferred
• At least 3 years of direct experience in oncology or palliative care social work
• Current or ability to provide documentation of previous certifications (OSW-C, APHSW-C)
• Experience with coaching, auditing, or training social work teams preferred
• Technologically fluent in healthcare systems and remote communication tools
