LOA Benefits Analyst

Job Summary

A company is looking for an LOA/Benefits Analyst responsible for managing leave plan operations and benefit programs.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee all aspects of leave plan operations, ensuring compliance with regulations and company policies
• Provide technical consultation and mentorship to HR Generalists on complex leave cases and absence management programs
• Administer and analyze health and welfare benefit programs for both non-contract and contract employees

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree
• 5+ years of disability and/or leave management experience preferred
• 2+ years of ADA management experience preferred
• Experience with PeopleSoft and/or Kronos is preferred
• 2 years of benefit administration experience preferred
