Job Summary

To support employee leave programs, the remote LOA Coordinator will manage the full leave lifecycle, ensure compliance with leave policies, and partner with various stakeholders for accurate program administration on a contract basis.

Key responsibilities
  • Manage the full leave lifecycle, including intake, processing, and return-to-work procedures
  • Ensure compliance with federal, state, and company leave policies
  • Review medical documentation and facilitate ADA, FMLA, and disability accommodations
Required qualifications
  • 3+ years of experience in leave administration, disability, accommodations, or time-off programs
  • Hands-on experience with FMLA, ADA accommodations, and time-off administration
  • Experience managing leave cases both in-house and through third-party vendors
  • Strong background reviewing medical certifications and leave documentation
  • Ability to manage a high-volume caseload
