Job Summary

A company is looking for a Loan Administrative Specialist to join their Accounting team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Reconcile and track funding package totals and investigate discrepancies
  • Execute disbursements related to funding received, including loan payoffs
  • Provide cross-functional support to Sales, Funding, and Titling teams with post-loan funding activities
Required Qualifications
  • High School Diploma/GED or higher
  • Accounts payable/receivable experience preferred
  • Strong understanding of funding processes, loan servicing, or automotive finance is a plus
  • High computer literacy skills, including proficiency in MS Office Excel and Google Workspace
  • Ability to handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion
