Job Summary

A company is looking for a Loan Administration Specialist to join their Accounting team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Reconcile funding package totals and resolve discrepancies with vendors and lenders
  • Execute disbursements for loan payoffs and related costs
  • Provide support to Sales, Funding, and Titling teams with post-loan activities
Required Qualifications
  • High School Diploma/GED or higher
  • Experience in accounts payable/receivable preferred
  • Strong understanding of funding processes and loan servicing is a plus
  • High computer literacy, including proficiency in MS Office Excel and Google Workspace
  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
