Job Summary
Working remotely in a full-time capacity, the Loan Administration Specialist will manage daily operations related to loan sales, prepare documentation, and ensure timely organization of loan processes while providing exceptional customer service to bank partners.
Key responsibilities
- Oversee daily operations related to all loan sales
- Prepare and organize documentation, including master agreements and UCCs
- Communicate effectively with bank partners to deliver superior customer service
Required qualifications
- Associates or Bachelor's Degree preferred, or 2+ years of professional experience
- Organized with exceptional attention to detail
- Experience in documentation and customer service
- Proficient in Microsoft Office programs, especially MS Excel
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced sales environment
