A company is looking for a Loan Analyst for a 6-month contract role.

Key Responsibilities:

• Analyze loan applications, collect essential documents, and obtain third-party reports
• Communicate with customers and third parties to provide updates, gather information, and address inquiries
• Serve as the primary point of contact for customers, guiding them through the loan process and ensuring a positive experience

Required Qualifications:

• Associate's or Bachelor's degree in business or related field preferred
• 1-2 years of experience as a Loan Analyst/Processor or 2-3 years in mortgage lending
• Track record as a self-starter with a desire for growth
• Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Word & Excel/Google Suite
• Ability to apply technology to solve business problems
