A company is looking for a Loan Analyst.

Key Responsibilities:

• Analyze loan applications, collect essential documents, and obtain third-party reports
• Communicate with customers and third parties to gather necessary information, provide updates, and address inquiries
• Serve as the primary point of contact for customers throughout the loan processing and underwriting stages

Required Qualifications:

• Associate's or Bachelor's degree in business or related field preferred
• 1-2 years of experience as a Loan Analyst/Processor or 2-3 years in mortgage lending
• Strong computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Word & Excel/Google Suite
• Ability to apply technology to solve business problems
• Flexibility to work in a dynamic environment of rapid change
