Job Summary

A company is looking for a Loan Applications Coordinator to manage the borrower experience from application to signed term sheet.

Key Responsibilities

• Review loan applications for completeness and accuracy, ensuring all required documents are collected
• Manage the loan pipeline and track key performance indicators in the CRM and loan origination systems
• Serve as the primary point of contact for nonprofit borrowers, providing support and communication throughout the application process

Required Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in B2B sales, loan operations, or related roles in financial services
• Background in customer success or borrower-facing roles in financial services or FinTech
• Basic understanding of commercial loan documentation and underwriting workflows
• Proficiency with CRM systems and standard productivity tools
• Detail-oriented and comfortable working in a fast-paced startup environment
