Job Summary

Managing the operations of a remote call center, the full-time Service Center Loan Assistant Manager will oversee staff, ensure quality member service, and enhance financial relationships while coaching agents on sales and servicing techniques.

Key responsibilities
  • Coaches and trains call center agents on sales and servicing techniques while monitoring performance metrics
  • Assists agents in resolving escalated issues and performs audits to ensure compliance with regulations and internal procedures
  • Participates in budget planning and drives innovation and improvements across the department
Required qualifications
  • Three years of experience in a similar or related role, with a focus on call center supervision
  • Two-year college degree or completion of a specialized course of study at a business or trade school
  • Advanced skills in Microsoft Office and familiarity with Symitar
  • Ability to coach and lead others in providing quality service and selling financial services
  • Knowledge of credit union policies and procedures related to loan origination and new accounts
