Job Summary

Managing nationwide real estate closings, the remote Loan Closer will handle the full closing process, including document preparation, vendor management, and post-closing administration with minimal supervision.

Key responsibilities

• Create and review legal documents for closings, ensuring accuracy and compliance
• Coordinate with lenders and stakeholders to schedule and lead smooth closings, addressing any issues that arise
• Oversee the preparation and disbursement of closing packages and post-closing documentation

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or an associate degree with relevant work experience
• Experience with title companies, lending platforms, or law firms
• Strong knowledge of commercial loan transactional documents and GL accounting
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office products and CRM technology
• Ability to manage a closing pipeline and generate timely reporting independently
