Job Summary
A company is looking for a Loan Closer.
Key Responsibilities
- Close loans in compliance with company and SBA policies
- Review loan documentation and coordinate pre-closing requirements with borrowers and attorneys
- Track loan expenses and update relevant data systems throughout the closing process
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, or a related field
- Understanding of Title Reports, Searches, Insurance, Mortgage, UCC, and lease documentation
- Experience with SBA Loan Closing preferred
- Proficiency in file management and various software applications
- Ability to manage a large volume loan queue and meet tight deadlines
