Key Responsibilities

• Review loan files to ensure all conditions are cleared and ready for closing
• Prepare and verify closing documents, including the Closing Disclosure, for accuracy and compliance
• Maintain a closing pipeline, ensuring timely funding and completion of closed loan files

Required Qualifications, Training, and Education

• High school diploma or equivalent
• 1+ years of recent residential closing experience
• Minimum of 2 years experience in the mortgage industry
• Encompass LOS experience strongly preferred
• Knowledge of FHA/VA/Agency products
