A company is looking for a Loan Closer (REMOTE).

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate and prepare preliminary title prep documents and review loan files for accuracy
• Collaborate with internal and external parties to resolve issues in the closing process
• Ensure compliance with regulations and conduct final quality control reviews of closing documents

Required Qualifications

• Current experience in a closer role in a broker or non-delegated correspondent environment
• 3+ years of experience in a mortgage role, preferably within Closing
• Proficiency in mortgage lending regulations related to closing and disclosure requirements
• Experience with multiple lender platforms and TPO Portals
• Professional demeanor and ability to maintain confidentiality and ethical conduct
