Loan Closer

Job Summary

Managing nationwide real estate closings, the remote Loan Closer will oversee the entire closing process, including document preparation, vendor management, and post-closing administration while ensuring superior customer service.

Key responsibilities

• Create and review legal documents for closings, including mortgages and title commitments
• Coordinate with lenders and manage the closing pipeline to ensure timely and accurate closings
• Perform due diligence to clear titles and address all liens and judgments before closing

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or an associate degree with relevant work experience
• Experience with title companies, lending platforms, or law firms
• Strong knowledge of commercial loan documents and GL accounting
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office products and CRM technology
• Ability to work under pressure and manage a high workload effectively
