Job Summary

To ensure compliance with lending policies, the full-time Loan Closer will manage the closing process for loans, collaborating with various departments and maintaining communication with borrowers throughout the process.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate with origination, processing, underwriting, and legal departments to ensure compliance during loan closings
• Review loan approval documents and establish a closing checklist, ensuring all pre-closing requirements are met
• Maintain regular communication with borrowers and update data systems regarding loan activities

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, or a related field
• Experience with SBA loan closings preferred
• Proficiency in file management, spreadsheet, and database software
• Strong understanding of Title Reports, Searches, and related documentation
• Experience with Finastra LaserPro preferred
