Job Summary

To facilitate the closing of loan transactions, the full-time Loan Closer will manage documentation, coordinate with clients and lenders, and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.

Key responsibilities

• Review and prepare loan closing documents for accuracy and compliance
• Coordinate with clients, lenders, and title companies to facilitate smooth closings
• Ensure all regulatory requirements are met throughout the closing process

Required qualifications

• Experience in loan closing or mortgage processing
• Knowledge of relevant regulations and compliance standards
• Proficiency in using loan processing software
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple transactions simultaneously
