Loan Closer

Job Summary

Managing nationwide real estate closings, the remote Loan Closer will handle all aspects of loan administration from start to finish, working closely with various stakeholders to ensure smooth transactions and clear titles.

Key responsibilities:

• Create and review legal documents for closings, including mortgages and contracts
• Coordinate with lenders and prepare closing packages, ensuring all files are clear prior to closing
• Schedule and lead closings, overseeing the disbursement and post-closing processes

Required qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree or an associate degree with relevant work experience
• Experience with a title company, lending platform, or law firm
• Strong knowledge of commercial loan transactional documents and GL accounting
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office products and CRM technology
• Ability to work independently and manage a closing pipeline effectively
