Job Summary

Managing nationwide real estate closings, the remote Loan Closer will oversee the entire closing process, including document preparation, vendor management, and post-closing administration, while ensuring superior customer service and attention to detail.

Key responsibilities

• Create and review legal documents for closings, including mortgages and contracts
• Coordinate with lenders and prepare closing packages, ensuring all files are clear before closing
• Schedule and lead smooth closings, managing the oversight of document recording and title policy issuance

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or an associate degree with relevant work experience
• Experience with title companies, lending platforms, or law firms
• Strong knowledge of commercial loan transactional documents and GL accounting
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office products and CRM technology
• Ability to work independently and manage a closing pipeline under tight timelines
