Loan Closer

Job Summary

Managing nationwide real estate closings, the remote Loan Closer will handle the entire closing process from start to finish, including document preparation, vendor coordination, and post-closing administration.

Key responsibilities:

• Create and review legal documents for closings, ensuring all necessary approvals and clear titles
• Coordinate with lenders and manage the closing pipeline, including scheduling and leading smooth closings
• Perform due diligence to address all liens and judgments, preparing HUD Settlement Statements and closing packages

Required qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree or an associate degree with relevant work experience
• Experience with title companies, lending platforms, or law firms
• Strong knowledge of commercial loan transactional documents and GL accounting
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office products and CRM technology
• Self-motivated with the ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks efficiently
