Job Summary

Managing nationwide real estate closings, the remote Loan Closer will oversee the entire closing process, including the preparation and review of legal documents, coordination with various stakeholders, and ensuring clear titles for transactions.

Key responsibilities

• Create and review legal documents for closings, including mortgages and contracts
• Schedule and lead smooth closings, ensuring all files are clear prior to closing
• Coordinate with lenders and manage post-closing tasks, including disbursement and document recording

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or an associate degree with relevant work experience
• Experience with title companies, lending platforms, or law firms
• Strong knowledge of commercial loan transactional documents and GL accounting
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office products and CRM technology
• Ability to manage a closing pipeline and generate accurate reporting independently
