Loan Closer II

Job Summary

Loan Closer II is a full-time position responsible for managing documentation for conventional and government-guaranteed loan transactions from origination through closing with minimal supervision.

Key Responsibilities

• Act as the primary representative in the closing process, coordinating with borrowers, guarantors, and other parties
• Identify, collect, and review all necessary documents for loan closing
• Engage with legal counsel to ensure proper documentation of loan requests and manage all aspects of loan closing

Required Qualifications, Training, and Education

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Minimum of five years of related experience
• 2-3 years of Government Guaranteed Lending closing experience
