Auditing loan files and preparing closing documents, the full-time remote Loan Closer II will ensure compliance with company, federal, and state guidelines while collaborating with various parties to facilitate timely closings.

Key responsibilities

• Audit loan files for compliance and accuracy, ensuring all closing documentation is complete
• Review titles, contracts, and other critical documents while conducting final compliance checks
• Collaborate with processing, underwriting teams, and title companies to verify conditions before closing scheduling

Required qualifications

• Minimum three years of experience in loan closing
