Job Summary

A company is looking for a Loan Closing Officer.

Key Responsibilities:

Prepare and distribute commitment letters, review closing checklists, and act as closing agent for loans
Ensure accurate collection and filing of loan closing documentation, review disbursement packages, and communicate with stakeholders
Review insurance requirements, collaborate with attorneys on loan documents, and update systems with loan information

Required Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
Minimum three years commercial real estate loan closing experience
Strong technical expertise in loan closing and funding
Familiarity with community development projects is a plus
Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, particularly Excel
