Loan Closing Process Specialist

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Process Specialist.

Key Responsibilities

• Review loan packages and create Initial and subsequent Closing Disclosures (CDs)
• Coordinate with Title and Settlement agents to ensure on-time closing and accuracy of data in the CD
• Perform Prefunding Quality Assurance (PQA) and deliver final closing documents

Required Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED equivalent
• At least 2 years of relevant work experience
• Knowledge of commonly used mortgage concepts and practices
• Working knowledge of Loan origination systems and MS Office tools
• Familiarity with mortgage loan origination applications, preferably BKFS application - Empower, MSP
