Loan Closing Supervisor

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Loan Closing Supervisor.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise lending personnel for loan closing activities and ensure completion of due diligence for loan closing documents
• Request, review, and interpret third-party documents to provide clear to close and coordinate loan closing document preparation
• Manage daily workflow, set work schedules, and assist in providing efficient services to customers

Required Qualifications

• College degree in business, finance, or a related field with 2+ years of relevant experience
• Preferred supervisory and/or office management experience
• Working knowledge of loan operations, closing processes, and due diligence requirements
• Solid understanding of loan products, regulatory requirements, and lending policies
• Strong computer skills and familiarity with loan accounting systems
