Job Summary

A company is looking for a Loan Servicing Collections Specialist.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist past-due clients to improve overall portfolio health through effective communication
• Maintain successful customer relationships while ensuring adherence to Loan Servicing guidelines
• Handle escalated customer service issues and perform other related duties as assigned

Required Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in Loan Servicing, preferably in collections
• Call Center experience
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and Google Suite
• Understanding of call center technology and collections metrics
• High School diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's degree preferred
