Job Summary

A company is looking for a Loan Servicing Collections Specialist.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist past-due clients to improve overall portfolio health
• Maintain effective communication through calls, emails, SMS, and online chats
• Handle escalated customer service issues and ensure adherence to Loan Servicing guidelines

Required Qualifications and Education

• 3+ years of experience in Loan Servicing, preferably in collections
• Call Center experience
• Proficient with Microsoft Office and Google Suite
• Understanding of call center technology and collections metrics
• High School diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's degree preferred
