Job Summary

A company is looking for a Loan Servicing Collections Specialist.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist past-due clients to improve overall portfolio health through communication and payment plans
• Maintain successful relationships with customers by providing exceptional service and handling escalated issues
• Meet performance management goals and ensure adherence to Loan Servicing guidelines

Required Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in Loan Servicing, preferably in collections
• Experience in a call center environment
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Suite
• Understanding of call center technology and collections metrics
• High School diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's degree preferred
