Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
- Provide a world-class customer experience through various communication channels
- Review and process application information and loan documents while adhering to compliance guidelines
- Document customer interactions in the CRM system and share insights for continuous improvement
Required Qualifications
- Prior banking and/or lending experience
- Associate or Bachelor's degree preferred
- Experience with Salesforce or other CRM systems
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and/or Google Suite
- Ability to multi-task and manage changing priorities
