Key Responsibilities

• Contact borrowers via phone and email to facilitate the loan application process
• Manage a sales pipeline of up to 20 transactions and drive them to close
• Meet daily, weekly, and monthly sales goals

Required Qualifications

• 3+ years of recent experience as an inside sales representative, preferably in a fast-paced call center
• Proven success in a highly commission-driven environment
• Strong computer and organizational skills, particularly with CRM tools like Salesforce
• High School diploma or equivalent
