Job Summary
Supporting loan origination software implementations, the full-time remote Loan Conversion Specialist will manage data conversions, validate and transform loan data, and troubleshoot technical issues while collaborating with internal teams and customers.
Key responsibilities
- Support data conversions and technical activities for loan origination software implementations
- Review and map source data fields to standardized conversion specifications
- Analyze structured data files and troubleshoot integration issues in partnership with cross-functional teams
Required qualifications
- Two or more years of experience in data conversion, technical implementation, or banking operations
- Hands-on SQL experience involving data review, validation, and transformation
- Working knowledge of loan origination processes and structured data files such as CSV, XML, or JSON
- Ability to read system logs and troubleshoot technical issues
- Strong analytical skills and attention to data accuracy
