A company is looking for a Loan Coordinator to assist clients in the mortgage process.

Key Responsibilities

• Guide borrowers through the documentation process with clear communication and frequent updates
• Review and analyze credit, income, and asset documentation for compliance with guidelines
• Collaborate with various stakeholders to ensure efficient loan processing and maintain file accuracy

Required Qualifications

• At least 1-year experience in mortgage operations, managing a borrower-facing pipeline
• Experience with multiple loan products (FHA, Conventional, USDA) is preferred
• Highly detail-oriented with a strong ability to create order from complexity
• Ability to manage time independently and remain productive in a remote setting
• Comfortable with frequent communication and cross-functional teamwork
