Job Summary

A company is looking for a Loan Counselor/Late Stage Collections.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of mobile home mortgage loans across all stages of delinquency
• Perform borrower outreach to resolve delinquent accounts and negotiate repayment plans
• Ensure compliance with federal, state, and investor guidelines while maintaining accurate servicing notes

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; college coursework preferred
• 1-3 years of mortgage collections or servicing experience, preferably with mobile homes
• Working knowledge of GSE, FHA, VA, and Conventional loan programs
• Proficient with mortgage servicing systems and Microsoft Office
