Job Summary
To support the mortgage processing team, the full-time Loan Documentation Coordinator will manage loan data entry, verify documentation accuracy, and collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely disclosures while working remotely or from the Columbus, OH office.
Key responsibilities
- Accurately enter and manage loan data while maintaining knowledge of products and programs
- Verify loan applications and supporting documentation, ensuring compliance with state and federal requirements
- Collaborate with loan originators to meet disclosure timelines and resolve issues efficiently
Required qualifications
- Prior experience in mortgage processing, loan origination, closing, or quality control preferred
- Experience with Encompass software is a plus
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities
- Ability to work independently and adapt to changing environments
