Job Summary

A company is looking for a Loan Fulfillment Closer (Remote Opportunity).

Key Responsibilities

Prepares and submits loan closing packages while verifying closing details
Reviews title commitments and hazard insurance, obtaining corrections as necessary
Coordinates with closing agents and internal teams to facilitate loan closings

Required Qualifications

High School Diploma or GED
Two (2) years of loan closing experience
Experience with the loan origination solution (LOS) Empower is preferred
